Personal Training (English)
If you are looking to become stronger, leaner and fitter I offer one on one personal training sessions from the comfort of your own home or the location that best suits you. Full body assessment is a part of the first session to create workouts that are tailored to your goals, wants and needs. Workouts consist of bodyweight exercises that are functional movements performed using HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) approach. I also incorporate suspension training (TRX) into the workouts which is great for full body conditioning as well as allows to work out and strengthen and develop targeted body parts and muscles. Single sessions, packages of 5 and 10 sessions as well as 12 week body transformation plans including diet plan are available. €30 Fitness evaluation plus first session
